Over 50,000 tickets have sold for the LFC Foundation’s legends charity match at Anfield in March, with the latest five players confirmed. The match, happening on March 23rd at 3pm GMT, will see Liverpool FC Legends face Ajax Legends, supported by AXA.

This annual event, now in its eighth year, has raised over £6.4 million for various causes in the Liverpool City Region and beyond. This year, funds will mainly support education programs.New additions to the team include Dirk Kuyt, Nabil El Zhar, Daniel Agger, Igor Biscan, and Mark Gonzalez. They join the likes of Fernando Torres, Jerzy Dudek, Ryan Babel, and Martin Skrtel.Tickets are available online, priced at £28 for adults, £8 for juniors, and £18 for over-65s. The game supports the LFC Foundation’s work, which aims to improve lives through sports and various social initiatives, particularly focusing on education.
