Manchester City and PUMA have unveiled a special-edition kit for the 2024/25 season, inspired by the iconic album cover of Oasis’ Definitely Maybe. Designed in collaboration with legendary musician and lifelong City fan, Noel Gallagher, the “Definitely City” kit celebrates the 30th anniversary of the album that defined a generation.
The kit’s bold aesthetic echoes the imagery of the album cover, paying tribute to Oasis and the city of Manchester. Featuring a light straw base color with bold blue side panels and sleeves, the jersey is adorned with intricate outlines of marine blue supersonic waves. The subtle poppy pink detailing on the cuffs and panels further enhances the kit’s striking design.
The “Definitely City” collection also includes a Track Jacket, Pants, Overshirt, Bоmber Jacket, Tee, Polo, Retro Jersey, and Drill Top.
To commemorate the collaboration, the collection was shot in a living room recreated from the Definitely Maybe album cover, featuring Manchester City players, Pep Guardiola, and Noel Gallagher.
Speaking about his involvement in the design, Noel Gallagher said, “I loved City before anything, I was into City before I was into music, I was into City before I knew what music was.”
The “Definitely City” kit will be worn exclusively in select European fixtures, showcasing Manchester City’s spirit and readiness to rock on the biggest stages in Europe.
