The couple aims to repurpose an industrial site located in rural Macedon, near Rochester and south of Lake Ontario, into a modern campus featuring multiple buildings dedicated to nurturing emerging musicians and artists.

Plans in place: The couple, seen here at this year's Grammy Awards in New York in January, have reportedly entered into a contract to purchase the property

Details of the project were unveiled during a town board meeting held. Linda Shaw, representing Keys and Beatz, outlined the proposal, which involves repurposing three vacant structures on the 111-acre property.

According to the Democrat & Chronicle, the main building will be transformed into a classroom and office facility, a barn will be renovated to serve as an art exhibition space, and a former Exxon Mobil industrial facility will be converted into a performing arts center, training area, and a large gym.

Town engineer Scott Allen expressed enthusiasm about the proposal, describing it as “an exciting initiative” and expressing eagerness to learn more.

Keys and Beatz have reportedly entered into a contract to purchase the property, although the purchase price has not been disclosed, according to their attorney Linda Shaw. Shaw is scheduled to present the project to the city’s planning board, where zoning and other logistical matters will be addressed.

Alicia Keys has a long history of advocating for various causes, particularly supporting up-and-coming and underprivileged artists. Notably, she is the co-founder of Keep A Child Alive, an organization dedicated to assisting families impacted by the НIV/AIDS epidemic in Africa and India.

Keys and Beatz, who tied the knot in 2010 and have two children together, celebrated their wedding anniversary, sharing affectionate messages on their respective Instagram accounts.
