Luis Díaz has not forgotten the team that propelled him to global stardom. The Colombian winger took advantage of a weekend break from Liverpool’s schedule to travel to Portugal with his family, supporting Porto in their crucial Primeira Liga victory over Braga at the Estádio do Dragão.

After the match, Díaz made his way to the locker room to reconnect with his former coach and teammates. Leicester City’s Ricardo Pereira also stopped by for a visit, adding to the sense of camaraderie.

Díaz spent two and a half seasons with Porto, where he played 125 games and achieved the most significant milestones of his career.

During his time with the club, he scored 41 goals, provided 19 assists, and helped secure five trophies in their iconic blue and white kit.

Having now returned to England, Díaz is set to rejoin Liverpool’s training sessions, refreshed and ready to prepare for the challenges ahead.
