Steven Gerrard celebrated his daughter Lilly’s 20th birthday on Friday.

The 43-year-old famous footballer turned manager took to Instagram to share a sweet baby photo and a loving message, as well as a recent snapshot of them together.

He wrote: “Happy birthday, @lilly.gerrardd.” I hope your day is just as amazing as you are to me. 20!’

Steven’s wife, Alex, 41, also shared a photo of their influencer daughter on her private Instagram account, which the child subsequently shared with her 211,000 followers on Instagram Stories.

Her mother, Alex, had written on the mirror selfie, ‘Happy birthday, my precious doll. Have a wonderful day.I always love you.

Steven, a Liverpool star, and his wife Alex have four children together: three daughters, Lilly, Lexie, 17, and Lourdes, 12, and a son, Lio, seven.
